This is a "thought bubble". It is an illustration depicting thought. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
to start the blog. I have been involved with volunteering at church and local and national charities before now; I even thought I was being called to become a counselor with the Methodist church. I have had minimal cerebral palsy since birth and have some chronic illnesses(some started recently-others got worse over the past few years). I'm on a limited income and have had to stay at home more in the past year or so due to these illnesses, so my ability to make a difference (I thought) had diminished. I was wrong, still it made me feel pretty useless. How can I become a minister "officially", when I can't even make it to church some times as a lay person? I guess, with God's help, I am figuring out a way-even if it's not in the way I thought it would be. There are many ways to make a difference without even leaving home-several of which appear throughout this blog site. I'm willing to do my part if you are willing to do yours. I can still promote a cause through various media like this one, even if I don't have a lot of funds to give or may not be able to volunteer in person as I often as I once did.
